WHAT IS THIS?

This is the quasi-annual Live Performance Demonstration in which Bus to Show and MHSM establish the official roster for the BTS ON-BOARD ARTIST PROGRAM.

Each artist performs a 15 MINUTE SET showcasing your best work/skills, while on a moving bus in front of a panel of colorado's music industry elite.

  • ARTIST NAME

  • FASHION/STYLE

  • OVERALL EFFECT/EXPERIENCE/VIBE

 

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING

  1. Your sexy-ass self decked in your flyest gear. We will have several judges from the fashion industry, and there is a special prize for the best dressed

  2. Please also bring everything you need to get your audio signal out of a 12" powered speaker with a choice of RCA, XLR, 1/4" AND 1/8" inputs.

Bus will have two 12" powered speakers, daisy chained with an XLR, and a Microphone, as well as a small table for your gear, and bungees to keep it from sliding around too much.

Remember: Part of the challenge is figuring out how to scale your set up so that it works on a bus, without compromising too much of what makes your work special.

HOW DO I SIGN UP?

RESERVED TIME SETS (FIRST DIBS) TICKET TYPE ($5.00)

Signup here if you want to ensure that you have a spot saved to perform on the bus. Keep in mind that you MUST BE PHYSICALLY PRESENT AND CHECK IN 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR SELECTED TIME OTHERWISE, IT WILL BE GIVEN AWAY TO THE FIRST PERSON ON THE WAITLIST WHO IS PHYSICALLY PRESENT AND READY TO SET UP. There will be no refunds if this happens. All funds from 1st Dibs ticket payments will be split up and given as prize money for top 3 scored DJs. 1st place = 50% || 2nd Place = 30% || 3rd Place = 20%

ARTIST WAITLIST TICKET TYPE (FREE)

Signup here if you want to be on the waitlist to claim open spots in the event that a reserved artist is not checked-in 30 min. prior to their set.

We will go through this list in order of sign-up to fill any slots that are not signed up for in advance, or in the event that an artist with a reserved slot no-shows/does not check in in time. You must be physically present and ready to set up when your name is called in order to claim an empty slot. If not, you will keep your spot on the list, in the event that another spot becomes available later.

All funds from 1st Dibs ticket payments will be split up and given as prize money for top 3 scored DJs. 1st place = 50% || 2nd Place = 30% || 3rd Place = 20%
