Oops! Don’t worry, it happens. Fill out our lost and found form or email us at reservations@bustoshow.org, and we’ll track down your item!

Nope, all our tickets are round-trip! But hey, you can totally ride one way! Just remember, you’ll need a photo ID to check in with the driver. We’re in Lower South Lot 2, and we leave 30 minutes after the show is over.

Our buses are 18+, but minors can ride with written parental permission! Just email us at reservations@bustoshow.org with the subject "Guardian permission for (YOUR NAME) to RIDE BTS on (EVENT DATE)" and include a signed release, a copy of the parent/guardian’s ID, and bring it with you to check-in.
