PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. BY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS, YOU ARE WAIVING CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS. PARTICIPATION IN ANY BUS TO SHOW, INC. EVENT IS NOT PERMITTED WITHOUT AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS. Assumption of Risk I understand that participating in bus-related trips and events involves certain risks. I voluntarily accept all such risks, whether expected or not, associated with transportation, event attendance, and any related activities organized by or affiliated with Bus to Show, Inc. Release of Liability I hereby release, waive, and forever discharge Bus to Show, Inc., along with its employees, agents, partners, and affiliates, from any and all claims, actions, causes of action, demands, losses, or liabilities arising out of or related to my participation, including those resulting from negligence. Refund Policy I understand and agree that all sales are final in the event I miss the bus. Refunds will only be issued if notice is given at least 48 hours prior to departure. If notice is given at least 24 hours in advance, a 50% refund may be granted. No refunds will be issued with less than 24 hours’ notice. Conduct Agreement I agree to behave responsibly and follow all applicable laws during the trip or event. I understand that failure to do so may result in immediate removal from the trip or event, without refund.
