Scammers on StubHub are currently reselling Bus to Show tickets as very expensive “Red Rocks Parking Passes” for events. These are FAKE.

Red Rocks does NOT charge a fee or sell a separate pass for parking or shuttles inside the park. Parking is included in the price of your concert ticket, and Red Rocks operates FREE shuttles for getting between parking lots and venue entrances.

You can only buy legitimate BUS TO SHOW tickets through THIS website. No third party vendors or websites are authorized to resell our tickets.

IF YOU BOUGHT A FRAUDULENT BUS TO SHOW TICKET THROUGH STUBHUB:

  1. Contact StubHub Customer Service to report the fraud and request a refund @ (888)720-9452
    ** StubHub may require proof that parking and shuttles are free at Red Rocks… You can find this on the Red Rocks website: https://www.redrocksonline.com/plan-your-visit/faq/#Parking **

  2. Email us at reservations@bustoshow.org with the following information to help us stop this scam:
    * StubHub Order Number
    * Name of StubHub Vendor that sold the ticket
    * Event date, time, and pick-up location for your ticket
    * Any screenshots that show confirmation of the purchase

  3. Report the fraud to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) & the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3):

    • The more people who report this scammy activity to the FTC & IC3, the more likely StubHub will be forced to respond and/or act on this malicious activity by delisting these fraudulent passes. Taking the time to report this helps protect your community from falling victim to this and future scams.
