The "Quick Version" Terms
Membership is Required: You aren’t just buying a “ride”—you’re joining Bus to Show, Inc. as a limited-term member. Your membership (and your seat reservation) is active from one hour before check-in until one hour after your return. Your confirmation email serves as proof of membership.
Refund Policy: Cancel 48+ hours before departure for a full refund. Cancel 24–48 hours before for a 50% refund. No refunds with less than 24 hours’ notice or if you miss the bus. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable in all cases.
Honest Pricing: The cost of your membership varies by pickup location. In compliance with Colorado law, the price you see at checkout is your Total Price, with no hidden mandatory fees added later.
Our “No-Cancel” Promise: We don’t cancel for low ridership. If you’re the only one on the list, we’ll reach out to arrange Alternative Accommodations (like carpooling or a smaller vehicle) to get you to the show. We only cancel for Safety Concerns (like blizzards), in which case you get a full refund or credit.
Assumption of Risk: By purchasing a membership, you voluntarily accept all risks associated with transportation, event attendance, and related activities—whether expected or not—and release Bus to Show, Inc. from liability, including claims arising from negligence.
Be Cool (The Conduct Clause): Harassment or trashing the bus ends your membership immediately with no refund. You are responsible for repair costs and a minimum $250 cleaning fee for biohazards (sickness) or excessive mess.
Photos & Media: If you upload trip photos to our site or tag us, you’re giving us a royalty-free license to use them for marketing. (Show off those bus vibes!)

3. Refund and Termination Policy
All membership sales are final subject to the following cancellation schedule:
48 or more hours before departure: Full refund issued.
24–48 hours before departure: 50% refund may be granted.
Less than 24 hours before departure: No refund issued.
Missed bus or no-show: No refund. Missing the bus or any other event occurring during the Membership Period does not entitle the Member to a refund.
Credit card processing fees are non-refundable in all cases.
To request a cancellation, the Member must provide written notice to Bus to Show, Inc. within the applicable window above.
4. The "No-Cancel" Policy & Accommodations
We are a "No-Cancel" organization regarding ridership volume.
Low Ridership: We do not cancel trips simply because a bus is not full. In the event of extremely low ridership, we will communicate with you to arrange Alternative Accommodations (such as carpooling or coordinated transport) to ensure you reach the event.
Safety Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel any trip due to safety concerns (e.g., extreme weather, road closures, or mechanical failure). In these rare instances, a Full Refund or Cancel Compensation (such as a credit for a future membership) will be issued.

Limitation of Damages: We are not liable for missed event time, indirect losses, or "lost fun" due to traffic, mechanical issues, or delays. Our maximum liability for any claim not covered by the release above is limited to the cost of your membership fee.
6. User Code of Conduct & Property Damage
Your membership may be revoked immediately, without refund, for failure to comply with applicable laws, Bus to Show, Inc. employee instructions, or the following:
