tl;dr

The "Quick Version" Terms

  • Membership is Required: You aren't just buying a "ride"—you’re joining Bus to Show, Inc. as a limited-term member. Your membership (and your seat reservation) is active from one hour before check-in until one hour after your return.

  • All Sales are Final: Once you’ve joined for an event, we do not offer refunds within 48 hours of the scheduled departure.

  • Honest Pricing: The cost of your membership varies by pickup location. In compliance with Colorado law, the price you see at checkout is your Total Price, with no hidden mandatory fees added later.

  • Our "No-Cancel" Promise: We don't cancel for low ridership. If you're the only one on the list, we’ll reach out to arrange Alternative Accommodations (like carpooling or a smaller vehicle) to get you to the show. We only cancel for Safety Concerns (like blizzards), in which case you get a full refund or credit.

  • Be Cool (The Conduct Clause): Harassment or trashing the bus ends your membership immediately with no refund. You are responsible for repair costs and a minimum $250 cleaning fee for biohazards (sickness) or excessive mess.

  • Photos & Media: If you upload trip photos to our site or tag us, you’re giving us a royalty-free license to use them for marketing. (Show off those bus vibes!)

Terms of Use: Bus to Show, Inc.

Last Revised: February 2026

1. Membership-Based Service

Bus to Show, Inc. is a non-profit organization. We do not sell "bus tickets" in the traditional sense. Instead, we sell Limited-Term Memberships.

  • Membership Grant: Your purchase grants you a membership for a specific term (the "Membership Period").

  • Membership Period: Your membership begins one (1) hour prior to your scheduled check-in time. For round-trip service, membership expires one (1) hour after the vehicle returns to your designated pickup location. For one-way service, membership expires one (1) hour after the conclusion of the designated event.

  • Access: As a benefit of membership, you are eligible to reserve a seat on a specific vehicle for transportation to and from designated events.

2. Pricing and Location-Based Fees

In compliance with the Colorado Protections Against Deceptive Pricing Practices Act (HB 25-1090), the total cost of your Membership is calculated based on your selected Pickup Location.

  • The price displayed at the time of selection is the Total Price inclusive of all mandatory fees.

  • Pricing may vary between locations due to distance, fuel, and operational overhead.

3. The "No-Cancel" Policy & Accommodations

We are a "No-Cancel" organization regarding ridership volume.

  • Low Ridership: We do not cancel trips simply because a bus is not full. In the event of extremely low ridership, we will communicate with you to arrange Alternative Accommodations (such as carpooling or coordinated transport) to ensure you reach the event.

  • Safety Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel any trip due to safety concerns (e.g., extreme weather, road closures, or mechanical failure). In these rare instances, a Full Refund or Cancel Compensation (such as a credit for a future membership) will be issued.

4. User Code of Conduct & Property Damage

Your membership may be revoked immediately, without refund, for:

  • Harassment: Any abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behavior toward staff, drivers, or fellow members.

  • Property Damage: Any damage to the vehicle. You agree that the credit card on file may be charged for the full cost of repairs or specialized cleaning (including a minimum $250 "biohazard" fee for sickness or bodily fluids) resulting from your actions.

5. Limitation of Liability

Bus to Show, Inc. provides transportation as a member benefit "AS IS." We are a nonprofit facilitating a shared experience. We are not liable for missed event time, indirect losses, or "lost fun" due to traffic, mechanical issues, or delays. Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of your membership fee.

6. User-Generated Content

If you upload photos or media to our Site or tag us in social media, you grant Bus to Show, Inc. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use that media for marketing and promotional purposes. All Bus to Show (BTS) branding and Site content remain our exclusive Intellectual Property.

7. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Disputes shall be settled exclusively in the courts of Denver County, Colorado.

8. No AI Disclosure

Bus to Show, Inc. does not currently utilize automated decision-making or Artificial Intelligence (AI) to process user data or provide services. Should this change, we will update these terms in compliance with the Colorado Artificial Intelligence Act.
